Hello Josh,
Just some feedback - your colleague John was fantastic! He has solved what has been a problematic mystery to us in terms of where the issues are inside our external drainage. He explained to me and showed me with the CCTV camera on screen exactly where the problems are located so I could take photographs and explain to my husband tonight!!
John has suggested a plan of action to fix the issues and we now look forward to receiving the quote in due course.

I had one of your Drain Repair Men come to my property on the 23rd of May and yesterday 8th of June by the name of Sanford (I hope I’m saying that correctly). "I would like to give positive feedback to your employee Dave. He came to have a look at drainage issues at my property yesterday.
From the outset I made it clear that I have no idea where these drainpipes are leading from or too and express my concern that it might case structural damage to my house.
Obviously putting myself in a vulnerable position. But I was tremendously impressed by Dave’s professional demeanour and honesty about the risk in not replacing this drain.
He took the time to investigate where these pipes lead and found they are merely there to remove excess water from my driveway, which is running at an angle anyway, meaning water will still run away from the house into the forest next to my property.
Having heard horrible stories where trades people take advantage of clients’ ignorance to “make a quick buck”, it’s great to see there are honest trustworthy companies like yours.
I will definitely recommend your company by word of mouth and social media to my acquaintances"
